ADDIE Model

"The ADDIE model is a systematic approach to instructional development consisting of the following five steps:
1. analysis
2. design
3. development
4. implementation
5. evaluation"
(Morrison, et. al., 2013, p. 13-14).
The ADDIE model will be utilized as a guide for our team during the design process as we are designing training modules for your organization.
ADDIE will allow our team to analyze the learners, identify characteristics about them that could impact our choice of delivery options within the training, along with learning constraints and the timeline to complete the training module.
During the design phase, our team will utilize a systematic approach that will assist in selecting the most effective instructional activities, user interface and visual design.
The development, implementation and evaluation phases will allow our team to test the training modules and make needed changes to provide the best learning experience possible for your business.
